Four Year 4 students - MA Ngai Ka, WONG Tsz Ning Lucia, CHAN Wing Yi and WU Yutong from the Department of Chinese and History, City University of Hong Kong, have won the Bronze Awards in the 2016 Kam Fan Awards with “Full Heal: The Beautiful New World”, which was organized by the Association of Accredited Advertising Agencies of Hong Kong (HK4As).
Initiated in 1990, the Kam Fan Awards aims at recognizing the best works in the market and nurturing local creative talents. It helps inject new ideas and elements into Hong Kong's advertising industry, and move Hong Kong forward to make a greater contribution to the world.
Thanks to the advice and guidance given by their instructor in CAH3165 Chinese for Advertising – Mr. KWOK Kam Hung, the winning team has won the Bronze Award under the theme of “Full Heal” among the 200 groups of participants in the campaign.
On the evening of 25 November 2016, it was a great honour for our winning team to receive such a prestigious award in the HK4As Kam Fan Awards Presentation Gala, which was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wan Chai.
Congratulations to our students for their excellent performance! We do hope that our students will make good use of what they have learnt at CityU to develop their creativity further.
